I perform the full spectrum of treatments relating to paediatric conditions and needs – from general to complex procedures. My general focus is cleft lip, cleft palate, and craniofacial abnormalities.

 

Together with a team of interdisciplinary specialists, I assess your child’s needs and implement a personalised surgical and treatment plan, suitable to life stages from infancy to young adulthood.

 

Other conditions that are the core of my paediatric practice, which provides reconstructive surgery and supporting treatment for:

  • Birthmarks
  • Trauma, including burns
  • Cleft lip and palate deformities
  • Craniosynostosis
  • Facial asymmetry and problems present at birth (congenital)
  • Vascular malformations/haemangiomas
  • Congenital ear anomalies, including prominent ears (otoplasty), malformed, underdeveloped, and absent ears (microtia)
  • Congenital nasal deformities, including clefts, septal deformities, rhinoplasty
  • Congenital chest wall and breast deformities (Poland’s Syndrome, tuberous breasts, macromastia, gigantomastia)
  • Congenital drooping eyelid (ptosis)
  • Acquired facial paralysis (Moebius Syndrome)
  • Congenital hand anomalies including extra digits (polydactyly), absent or hypo plastic thumb or digits, fused digits (syndactyly), overgrown digits (macrodactyly) and amniotic band syndrome
  • Traumatic hand injuries in children Other problems present at birth or that develop after birth
